This Savage model 24 Combo gun is Chambered in 20 Gauge Shotgun barrel on the bottom, and .22LR Rifle barrel on the top. This is a Series P gun, so the break action is by using the top lever. This gun was built in 1950, based on the Serial Number which is listed below. The stock is a Field Grade model.
Condition:
This gun is in Good condition for the age, and has all original Bluing and the stock is original. There are cracks in the stock on either side of the grip, as pictured. That is the flaw with this gun. The bores are mirror on the smooth shotgun barrel, and the rifling is good and sharp on the .22LR rifle barrel. The bluing is really excellent!
