Shipping Long Guns (Rifles and Shotguns)

​

Shipping is UPS Ground to your selected FFL. For Local pickup there is a $10 fee per Long Gun, to cover the background check. For Shipments in Pennsylvania, meaning to a PA FFL/Shop, there is a $30 Shipping Charge. For Shipments to all other states Excluding Alaska and Hawaii, there is a $40 Shipping Charge. Alaska and Hawaii there is a $100 Shipping Charge.

Shipping Handguns (All Types including Pistol AR's)

​

Shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air to your selected FFL. For Local pickup there is a $10 fee per Handgun, to cover the background check. For Shipments in Pennsylvania, meaning to a PA FFL/Shop, there is a $30 Shipping Charge. For Shipments to all other states Excluding Alaska and Hawaii, there is a $40 Shipping Charge. Alaska and Hawaii there is a $100 Shipping Charge.

Ammunition

​

Ammunition is a Hazardous item, and so it requires special attention when shipping. We pad all ammunition boxes accordingly so that your ammunition arrives in good condition. All ammunition is shipped with UPS Ground for a flat fee of $15 unless you hit the requirements for Free shipping. All ammunition is shipping with the hazardous sticker on the box, and ships to your Billing address you entered at Checkout.

Optics and Accessories

​

All Optics and Accessories ship with UPS Ground for a flat fee of $15 unless you hit the requirements for Free shipping. All Optics and Accessories ship to your Billing address you entered at Checkout.

Expedited Shipping Options

​

Next Day Shipping is an option not offered through checkout. If you want an item Expedited, contact our shop and we can quote you the Expedited Shipping rate. In cases where you have already purchased the item on the website and want to Expedite it, we can invoice you for the difference in Shipping Fees and give you fast service to keep your order moving along. Insurance

Conditional Agreement

​

The Firearm Files sells in accordance to all State and Federal Laws, with all Firearms, and Ammunition. All Firearms are transferred to a FFL of your choosing or picked up only by PA Residents at our shop, where a background check can be done. You agree to not hold The Firearm Files liable for any mis-use, accidents, or incidents with the Firearms, Ammunition, or any other item purchased through our shop. When purchasing you agree that you will not pursue any litigation, or law suit against The Firearm Files or Meta Mavericks Co or any of our Employees for any reason. You also agree to pay the full cost as shown at checkout and to not dispute any agreed to at checkout charges, with The Firearm Files or your Credit Card Company.

The Firearm Files Agreement to You

The Firearm Files, and our employees agree to Fulfill and Ship your order in a timely manner unless otherwise communicated for Special Ordered items. If an order is unable to be shipped within 5 business days, we agree to a full refund to cancel the order. We agree to provide the tracking number on all orders and to deal with Honesty, and Integrity in all circumstances.

Drop Shipping

We do frequently drop ship Firearms, Ammo and accessories. Our Drop Ship Warehouses are located all over the United States. Expect the same service and attention to shipping as you will receive for orders that Ship from our Shop.
