The Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight Shotgun is a Slide Action shotgun built between 1937 - 1952. This gun is in the RARE 16 Gauge, which was not a very popular caliber for that gun. The gun ejects downwards, making it a good gun for left handed shooters. The Bluing on this gun is all original, and in good shape with only very minor surface pitting showing in a few spots. For the age, we rate this gun at 95%. The stock is original, and finish original. The barrel is clean, a mirror finish with no rusting or pitting internally. You can see the stock finish clear coat is wearing off. The butt plate is all original, this gun functions and will shoot good. Contact our shop with any questions.
