Used and For Sale at The Firearm Files we have a Vintage JC Higgins Model 20 12 Gauge Shotgun! This shotgun we date back to 1955, it is C&R Eligible. We dated that by looking at the barrel, which has the proof marking of Sears, Roebuck And Co. 583.200I. This gun does not have a Serial Number on it.

Sellers Notes on Condition: This shotgun is in good condition, for the age we rate it at 97%. This has the original wood stock which doesn't have any cracks, butt pad, and blued finish. The bore looks great, lightly fired. The choke system this gun has is the Poly Choke, which was standard for most of these guns and allows you to turn it to adjust the pattern manually. I don't see any visible rusting, or pitting. The Blued finish is original, check out the pictures to see the wear and age. The gun functions fine and could be used as a hunting shotgun.
