Used and For Sale at The Firearm Files we have a Marlin model 336 Micro Groove Rifle chambered in .35 Rem! These guns are becoming more rare to find in this caliber. This gun has the JM barrel stamping, and the serial number is 71-199060. Based on our research we think this gun was built in 1981, but are not 100% on that. If you are checking out this posting and know more about the age of the gun, please shoot us a message or call us to let us know! Condition is all original, original bluing and stock finish. The stock has some scratches, the bluing has some minor imperfections but no major pitting or rusting is visible. We did our best to picture the gun as best as we can show it off! I would rate this rifle at 96%. At one time there was a scope on the gun, you can see on top of the receiver the wear lines from a scope base that was mounted. There is also the side hammer spur which suggests a scope.
