For Sale at The Firearm Files we have a Used Sako Riihmaki .222 Rem Bolt action rifle. This rifle is Used, built around 1951 - 1952 as our best estimate based on the Serial Number of 10257. This gun has been re-finished, professionally by a local qualified gunsmith. The bluing is all new, the stock has also been re-finished. The stock does show a few marks from use, as pictured.
Condition: Our assessment for condition on this rifle is Excellent! The bore is in excellent condition with solid lands and grooves. The gun is in 98% condition, a few marks in the stock and the receiver. The bluing looks perfect! The owner when he had this rifle re-finished, estimated costs back 10+ years ago to be around $300+. The gun is being sold like you see it, there is no rear Lyman sight on the receiver. Look over the pictures too see what we see for condition.
