For Sale at The Firearm Files we have a RARE Lew Horton Silhouette Revolver, the Smith & Wesson model 29-3, in 44 Magnum. This model has a 6 inch blued barrel, with a full barrel lug, 6 shot un-fluted cylinder, and rubber grips. 
 
Sellers Notes on Condition: This gun we would rate at 97%. There are 3 small pitted spots on the right side of the frame, below the cylinder and right near the S&W Logo. We removed the grips to inspect and clean the gun, and it appears rust free under the grips and no pitting. The front of the cylinder has some bright edges. The bore is excellent, with solid lands and grooves in the rifling, and mirror finish. Lockup on the cylinder is tight, and timing is excellent. There is no box or papers included. We estimate the value around $1700.
