The Springfield 1898 Krag Jorgensen Rifle was one of the first Repeating Bolt Action arms in 30 caliber adopted by the US Military. This rifle was built toward the end of production of these guns, late in 1903.

Condition: We would rate this gun at 96% for condition, it is in good condition. The Stock is in very good condition, no cracks just normal wear for the age. The bluing seems to be all original as well, with some minor rusting and pitting that has started, but is normal for the age. This rifle stock has sling loops, and a front sight blade and rear peep sight that is on the bolt. This is a really cool gun for a collector!
